Talan's 3rd Birthday

Hard to believe our little boy is 3 already!!! Talan had a super fun dinosaur birthday party along with his friend Gavin, complete with a bounce house, lots of great presents and wonderful friends and family:) Thanks to everyone who made Talan's birthday so memorable!

End of Summer Fun

Here are some pictures from my 30th birthday in Laguna Beach (I am finally getting use to the fact that I'm 30!!!), Talan practicing his surfing skills (hopefully he'll inherit Jeff's skills), skateboarding with one of his many girlfriends and Seaworld (we LOVE going to Seaworld, I wish we lived a little closer we'd go all the time).

I can't believe our little guy is 2 already! Our big boy is the sweetest, kindest, smartest, coolest, funniest, most wonderful child we could ever imagine having. We love him so very much and we are so amazed by him everyday. We cherish every minute with him as he grows up so quickly, Happy 2nd Birthday Talan! 8/8/2009

Camping

We went camping in San Clemente over the weekend for Jeff's birthday. We had such a great time with friends and family, I think this will be an annual B-day tradition (we just have to plan and reserve the campsite 7 months in advance) so mark your calendars now!

Such a busy boy- I have to admit I was a little worried about camping with a toddler. But Talan loved every second of it, and he was so good.

Talan's Birthday Weekend

We had a very fun weekend celebrating Talan's first birthday. We had a little family swim party at my grama's house on Saturday. Talan loved diving in to his yummy homemade birthday cake, so cute! Then on Sunday, Jeff surprised us by taking us to the Angels / Yankees game. It was Talan's first baseball game, and he had such a great time. He got an Angels hat that is just his size, and he even got a signed baseball. Talan is still talking about his exciting weekend, he keeps saying "birthday, birthday, birthday" at least thats what it sounds like to us! :)

One on 8-8-08

Today is Talan's first birthday, Crazy how fast time flies! We are having a little birthday party for him tomorrow, at my Grama's house in Redlands. I will take lots of pictures of him eating his birthday cake and post those soon. Don't you just love his birthday mohawk, he got lots of compliments, thanks for stylin' it Dad!

Happy 30th Birthday Jeff!!!!!

Jeff turned 30 this weekend, and we had a little beach day and bonfire with a few friends. I think Jeff was at the beach for over 12 hours on Saturday, hanging out with friends, barbequing, and of course surfing! It was a great day, except that poor Talan was sick with a fever of 104, so even though he was a little trooper, we had to cut our beach day short.
