Our Trip to Nor Cal

We went up to Yuba City last weekend for Nana Jackie's Birthday. We had such a great time visiting with family and friends. I wish we could have stayed longer, the trip went by so fast.
This was Talan's first airplane ride and he was so good. I don't think we will ever do that awful 8 hour drive again!
Of course I hardly took any pictures, I really need to work on that! So, here's the few that I did take:

Playdates

Talan LOVES other kids and animals, he is so entertained by everything they do. All of his friends seem to be girls, but he doesn't mind (yet!)

Talan is 8 months old now, and busy busy. He has 5 teeth already, 2 on the bottom and 3 on the top!!! He is talking up a storm, saying ha (or hi), da-da, ma-ma, ba-ba, pa-pa and combinations like ma-da. Of course his favorite sound to make is still the motor boat or airplane sound, which he does to everyone he meets. He is clapping, playing paddy-cake and peek-a-boo, and he loves to be tickled. He is still working on crawling, he's so close. but if he wants to get to something he will, either by rolling, scooting or belly crawling like an inchworm. We are having so much fun with him and and loving every second- it's hard to believe that he is 8 months already, it really does fly by!
