We took Talan to the mall last week to have his picture taken with Santa. He didn't cry but we couldn't get him to smile for anything! I also had some professional pictures taken of him for Christmas, but again no smiles (they still turned out really cute though). I don't get it, he smiles and laughs all the time at home, but I guess when strangers are trying to take his picture, he just gives them the "who are you" look! Oh well, maybe next time.
I'm trying to get into the holiday spirit, but it's hard because we are moving next week. We probably won't get a tree this year, but I'll put up a few decorations at our new house. Luckily Talan is so young that he won't know the difference. We're very excited about our move to Aliso Viejo though, we'll have a bigger place and a yard for Riley Dog.

Talan is rolling over now, it's a lot of work and he doesn't do it that often, but he is so proud of himself, and a little surprised, when he gets onto his tummy.
